GENERAL INFORMATION

Built to commemorate the millennium, the London Eye is a huge modern Ferris wheel with pods offering panoramic views of London. It has been replicated in cities around the world, but remains Europe’s tallest Ferris wheel.

Insider Tip

The journey around takes about 30 minutes and is beautiful at sunset. Also, the National Rail Days Out Guide frequently has 2-for-1 tickets to the London Eye if you are traveling to London by rail. Check their site for the latest offers.
